One-touch installation. Direct fixed amount dispensing
Anyone can easily apply silicone or solvent-based adhesives in tube cartridges using air pressure and a power source. It requires 0.5 MPa air and a 100 (200) V power supply. Because it uses air pressure, your hands won’t tire and work more efficiently. The dedicated controller allows you to quantitatively control the amount of adhesive applied.

ATD300CV-DAV Auto tube set with valve
The valve-equipped autotube ATD300CV-DAV, combined with the piston valve SV35DA, enables stable, drip-free fluid dispensing. When mounted on the SR series tabletop dispensing robot, it dispenses silicone at a fixed rate with even greater precision.
