The AXE-H series is a highly rigid desktop robot with a highly portable tool side. Direct teaching is possible using a teaching pendant, and offline teaching editing is also possible using dedicated PC software.

Flexible motion control functions allow it to be applied to a variety of applications.
Enables precise point, line, circle, and arc dispensing trajectories.

block offset
Offset the taught trajectory in the X, Y, and theta directions by selecting and moving two points.

Application line simulation
Enter the “passing point waiting time” and the application path is visualized on the screen offline, enabling clear cornering application paths.

Fill function
Easily set application area, shape, and range. Easily adjust commands to meet your application requirements.

You can fill in rectangles with as few points as 2 points and circles as 3 points.
Palette function
It is applied repeatedly to the lined up workpieces at fixed positions and at equal intervals.

Easy vision teaching by simply selecting a location and projecting the image.
While viewing the camera image, you can easily program precise positioning by following the on-screen navigation.

Image search function
Even if the workpiece does not fit within the viewing angle, you can select two points and correct the tilt within a range of ±2°.

Image collection function
Corrects tilted workpieces within the area within a 360° range.
Accurate and scalable file import functionality
Easily download file dispensing paths and actual workpiece images and automatically convert them into points, lines, arcs, circles, etc.
1) DXF download editing function
Create a dispensing trajectory based on the imported drawing data (DXF). You can edit/change the order of that point if necessary.
2) Real scan function (patent pending)
You can scan the actual workpiece image and easily teach on the screen.
3) Sensor option to maintain uniform liquid application height
