It is possible to spray coat with a fixed amount of paint without overspray, forming a clear coating edge.
Preeflow® eco-SPRAY positive displacement spray system
preeflow® eco-SPRAY
eco-SPRAY is effective for higher viscosity fluids, spraying high-quality materials with accurate deposit amounts regardless of material viscosity or input pressure. The desired thickness can be achieved by simply adjusting the air pressure, deposit amount, distance to the workpiece, and deposition speed. eco-SPRAY’s intuitive operation and diverse combinations of discharge nozzles and air caps allow it to accommodate individual deposition processes using a variety of fluids.
- Stable positive displacement spray
- Clear application edges with no overspray
- High precision spray
- Adjustable spray range
- Stable dispensing regardless of fluctuations in viscosity, time, or air pressure
Stable discharge regardless of viscosity or pressure

Applications
eco-SPRAY can spray evenly over the entire surface of a product, even with special coating materials used on thin film dampers in speakers. Low-pressure spraying ensures a perfectly uniform spray pattern, improving product quality.
Paint overcoat, Globetop sealant, Globetop sealant, solder paste, etc.
